Shipping & Delivery

Every physical stencil is made for your order. Our stencils are made and dispatched from our workshops in Exmouth, Devon, UK and Sacramento, California, US. We distribute globally from both locations.

1. Where We Ship

We ship internationally from both workshops to the countries and territories listed below. The delivery options available for your address are shown at checkout.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $5 USD and Express shipping is $15 USD for every destination we serve. Both options are offered at checkout for every destination. A promotional benefit may cover shipping when its terms say so.

3. Production and Delivery

Most stencils are produced within 1–5 business days, depending on complexity. Orders placed after 14:00 local time at the production hub begin processing on the next business day. Production and delivery estimates use business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For United Kingdom and United States deliveries, tracked Standard shipping usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. Express uses a 24-hour courier service (one business day) after dispatch.

Including production and courier time, the estimated total for United Kingdom and United States orders is 3–8 business days for Standard or 2–6 business days for Express from the processing start. Express does not shorten the production period.

For other destinations, checkout estimates are 7–12 business days for Standard or 5–7 business days for Express, including production. These are estimates; customs and carrier delays may add time. Your delivery options and estimate are shown at checkout.

4. Tracking

For United Kingdom orders, we use couriers including Evri, InPost, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS, FedEx and DPD. For United States orders, we use USPS or UPS. We choose the courier according to your order, destination and delivery service. Once your stencil ships, we will email you its tracking details.

If part of your order is missing, contact [email protected] or call +44 7734 924346 with your order number and details of the missing items. Keep the packaging and, where possible, include photos of what arrived. We will check whether the order was sent in separate parcels and arrange any appropriate replacement or refund.

5. Import Duties and Taxes

Depending on your destination and where your stencil is made, the courier or customs authority may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees. These charges are paid by the customer and are not included in the shipping price. The courier will contact you directly if a payment is due.

If a parcel is returned because import charges were not paid, you may need to pay an additional postage charge for us to send it again. We do not refund an order solely because delivery was refused due to unpaid import charges, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. Please contact us so we can review the particular order.

6. Delivery Problems

If tracking stops updating, your order has not arrived within the estimated period, or your stencil arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number. Please report delivery damage within 48 hours of receipt where possible, with photos of the stencil and packaging. Reporting later does not remove your statutory rights.
